  • Oct. 2012–present University of Maryland, College Park. Research associate. Working in Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, mainly focusing on researching and developing materials for high-capacity rechargeable Li-ion batteries.
  • Oct. 2010–Oct. 2012 National Institute of Standards and Technology. Guest researcher. Working in Thin Film and Nanostructure Processing Group, focusing on preparation of thin films, nanostructural materials for hydrogen storage, developing high-throughput materials measurements with combinatorial techniques: in-situ Raman, Sieverts, XRD, SEM, EDS and FTIR.

    Jul. 2009–Sep. 2010 Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Assistant researcher. Synthesis and structural characterization of energy conversion and storage materials, such as solar cell, graphene Li-ion batteries, and thermoelectrical materials.
